The Publisher Ad Ops Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day ad operations across a set of clients who use online advertising to generate revenue, including ad trafficking (sell-side), revenue reporting, and tactical optimization of direct campaigns and private marketplace deals. The Specialist also partners with Publisher Revenue Strategists to support larger strategic ad initiatives for clients, including optimization plans and oversight of the ad geometry for site redesigns. The Specialist has demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing direct and programmatic ads, is eager to learn about evolving ad technology and understands how to measure and communicate the results of digital/web revenue initiatives.

This role is fully remote and is open to applicants located anywhere around the globe.

  • Gather and organize implementation requirements for ad projects, including new ad partner or platform integrations and new ad implementations, vetting plans with Publisher Revenue Strategists and reviewing them with engineers.
