Wanted: Project and Account Managers, Reward for Capture
10up is widely known for the complex and unique web experiences we produce. We consistently create unparalleled experiences for our clients and while engineering and design is a large part of that, senior project and account management talent are critical to the success of 10up and its clients.
In an effort to thank you for helping us find our next 10upper, we’ll offer you a finders fee of $500 if we decide to hire who you referred. We’ll even go a step further and throw in an additional $500 when they complete a successful 6 month review just to show our appreciation.
We have a talented team of strategists consulting with enterprise clients, leading our engineers and designers, coordinating site launches, and resourcing/planning/managing some pretty exciting projects – and better yet, we are looking to expand the team!
For the Project Manager position, we are looking for individuals to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to successfully manage projects, both initial builds and long term maintenance initiatives . Our Project Managers are able to lean-in to traditional tasks like budget tracking, scope definition, timeline management, and expectation setting while simultaneously providing consultative value to our clients as they work alongside our production and accounts team.
Web Strategists work on the Accounts Team, and often have the unique opportunity to work closely with our President & Founder. Our strategists engage current and prospective clients to figure out whether and how we can work together, and if we can, how we continue to build and strengthen our relationship. This role requires a unique professional who — while loving meeting people and closing deals (“traditional” sales and biz dev) — can dive-in to understand and articulate business challenges and objectives and potential corresponding solutions. The right candidate possesses excellent listening, research, critical thinking, and communications skills, along with applied web consulting and project experience. Experience with complex content management system implementations (ideally with WordPress), and a background in engineering, design, or information architecture are huge plusses.
Think you’d be perfect for one of these roles? Go ahead and send your resume to [email protected]. Maybe these roles aren’t for you but you know of someone who would be a great Project Manager or Web Strategist? Send them our way!
